refined with flowers and leaves of Cannabis in fir wood containers.
Product of Italian culinary tradition, enriched with Hemp.

RAW SHEEP MILK

Raw sheep milk just milked and brought up to a temperature of 37°C in a copper kettle, the addition of rennet causes the subsequent breaking of the curd which divides the mass from the whey. The mass or dough put into molds and pressed. Following the salting, the cheese is aged with Hemp.

HEMP of SIBILLINI MOUNTAINS

Cannabis Sativa with THC less than 0.2% – certified seed, biological and organics crops produced in the Sibillini Mountains National Park. Hemp of Sibillini Mountains grows at about 700m s.l.m without pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals that may be detrimental to the surrounding microclimate.

CANNABIDIOL RICH

Cannabidiol is the main non-psychoactive cannabinoid of Cannabis. In alimentary hemp or industrial hemp, it is present with the highest percentage value. It has property anti-inflammatory, antipsychotic, analgesic, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, and reduces the intraocular pressure.
